One story,
two ways.
Walter & Seda's independent café, celebrating their Italian and Turkish roots through proper coffee and everything baked by hand.
Which way today?
A neighbourhood café in Clifton, and a city-centre coffee & bakes with a kitchen that never stops. Pick a door.
The neighbourhood original

"We opened back in 2019 to share the food we grew up with."
Two Ways began as a small café on Queens Avenue, run by us, Walter and Seda. It’s still the heart of what we do: espresso pulled from beans imported straight from Italy, cakes and pastries made by hand, and a room full of regulars who feel like family.

The kitchen that never stops

"A bigger space, with a kitchen at its heart."
In February 2026 we opened on Bond Street, in the middle of the city. It’s where we handcraft everything, cornetti, maritozzi, borek, poğaça, biscuits and baklava, fresh through the day, alongside Italian and Turkish coffee. A second Two Ways, its own place, same hands.
